An eye on your stocks while you surf

Article Abstract:

It is possible for an investment portfolio to be managed very efficiently through a PC. Those considering this approach must look both at possible methods of acquiring share price information and at the software needed to manage the portfolio. If very up-to-date share price information is required, then the best systems are Market Eye, which transmits its data using ITV's DataCast, and TenFore, which offers a real-time price display. It is also possible to use the Internet as the basic method of gaining access to information. Subscription Internet sites include InfoTrade and ESI.
