And then he tipped ice over his head

Article Abstract:

It is becoming increasingly possible to move in and out of the legal profession, a trend which is benefiting the profession as a whole, according to securitization lawyer Robert Palache. He is leaving Clifford Chance, the largest law firm in London, England, to become an investment banker at Nomura International. He has gained a reputation for being rather a showman, and he feels that this is the result of developing communication skills to assist people with understanding what is being said.

The solicitors who get solicited

Article Abstract:

There is evidence that female lawyers at all levels in the UK can fall victim to sexual harassment by clients. In many cases, they do not report this, as they fear that doing so would endanger their career progression. An even more sensitive situation arises when a female lawyer receives unwanted attention from somebody within the same firm. In such a case, reporting an incident may mean having to leave the profession.

Article Abstract:

Neil and Christine Hamilton have attracted extensive media coverage following the allegations of sexual assault made against them. In contrast, their accuser has been able to remain anonymous.
