Anger as paedophile moves to victim's village

Article Abstract:

A paedophile is to be released in Oxfordshire, England, to Sonning Common, a village where a victim of his is still living. The paedophile, Rhys Hughes, refused treatment after being sentenced for buggery and rape involving nine children. Meanwhile, chemical castration is being used with some paedophiles with some success. The drug, Goserlin, is made by Zeneca, and is licensed for breast cancer and prostate cancer treatments, rather than chemical castration.
