'Appy days for a craft Cockney

Article Abstract:

Actor Bob Hoskins does not regard himself as a sex symbol. He points out that he is happily married, tries to spend as much time as possible with his children and is not very attractive physically. He greatly enjoyed working on his latest film, 'TwentyFourSeven,' which was directed by Shane Meadows. This was shot in Nottingham, England, on a housing estate with the highest crime rate in Europe. He was nervous about the location, but was actually fully accepted by local residents.
