As usual in the Middle East, only Arabs are terrorists

Article Abstract:

The Wye agreement between Israel and the Palestinians represents Palestinians as supplicants, and terrorism is only mentioned in terms of Arabs. There is no mention of any Israeli killers, and the document is both racist and pejorative. The US is faced with a powerful lobby in support of Israel. President Bill Clinton also refuses to guarantee the peace agreement, which means that it is weakened. The agreements also use language in a sloppy way, which means that there is a lack of clarity about what has been agreed.

Middle East builds to a summer of hate

Article Abstract:

There are growing fears that widespread violence will break out in the Middle East in the near future. The US State Dept and media still emphasize putting the peace process back on track, but no explanation has been given as to why the peace process has collapsed. There is great concern in the Arab world that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is seeking to provoke a war that will put an end to the Oslo peace agreement and for which the Arabs will appear responsible.

'New World Order' that led only to tragedy

Article Abstract:

The promises for peace in the Middle East which were made by George Bush have still not been fulfilled. Indeed, it now seems that a new wave of violence is about to break out in the region. Events in the Middle East reflect the total collapse of the US's policy there, and are likely to prove extremely challenge for the US government. Most Arabs no longer place any trust in the US, which has shown that it cannot exercise leadership or strength.
