Champagne Charlie still earns a bob or two

Article Abstract:

Victorian pictorial sheet music covers offer a fascinating insight into life in Victorian times. It is still possible to purchase Victorian covers from 1860 to 1880, the most productive period, very cheaply, although dealers aware of their value charge between five pounds sterling and 10 pounds sterling each. The most sought-after sheet music artists are John Brandard and Alfred Concanen. The latter's work commands high prices, particularly when it shows a famous performer.

Tight fit

Article Abstract:

Corsets are enjoying a revival in popularity in the UK. The members of English Corset Enthusiasts believe that the very small waist which can be achieved by wearing a corset allows other parts of the body to be emphasised. Corsets do not damage the wearer's internal organs, and make the wearer feel more feminine and attractive. Some corset fans believe that a corset allows the wearer to have a sense of power and control over her life.

At this price, it needs pluck

Article Abstract:

There can be a number of difficulties associated with collecting guitars. Most tend to be sold in private deals or through dealers in shops or at fairs. There are currently relatively few buyers, and only the most collectible guitars which have belonged to famous people fetch really high prices. It is important to be aware that there are many very small details that can make a significant difference to the value of a guitar.
