Clinton's Mid-East deal finally secured

Article Abstract:

A peace deal signed between Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat covers Israeli withdrawal from more of the West Bank. There is also a strategy, drawn up by the Central Intelligence Agency, for Palestinians to take action against radical groups. Israel has agreed to release many Palestinian prisoners, while the Palestinians have agreed to extradite 30 suspects whom the Israelis wish to put on trial. There has been considerable criticism of President Bill Clinton in the US for the circumstances of the deal.
