Often empty, but deep down, it's nice to know it's there

Article Abstract:

Leisure facilities such as a swimming pool can often attract potential occupiers to a housing development. However, these facilities can mean that service charges are very high, especially in small developments. Leisure facilities are only really cost-effective for very large housing developments, but this also means that they can be crowded. Some residents' groups choose to shut down in-house leisure facilities and use local public facilities instead.

Article Abstract:

Dealing with border formalities can be a very significant issue when relocating abroad. For this reason, it is vital to ensure that the haulage company selected is familiar with the concept of clearing customs. Where duty is payable, it is advisable not to take new items. Relocation companies can offer assistance with tasks such as registering and opening bank accounts, and it can also be useful to attend cross-cultural seminars.
