An investigation headed by Deputy Assistant Commissioner Tarique Ghaffur, the Metropolitan Police's top ethnic-minority officer, has found that Delroy Lindo and his family were victims of police harassment. The report concludes that Lindo was targeted by the police because he was seen as a troublemaker and had a criminal record.
