It is often necessary to negotiate complicated deals very quickly, and considerable financial difficulties may arise. Those who put a great deal of time and effort into a renovation project are generally glad that they have done so, but acknowledge that they learn valuable lessons which they can put into practice if they decide to renovate another property.
