Article Abstract:

Some people are willing to take on a property that is in very poor condition and completely renovate it. In some cases, they undertake a project of this kind more than once. It is often necessary to negotiate complicated deals very quickly, and considerable financial difficulties may arise. Those who put a great deal of time and effort into a renovation project are generally glad that they have done so, but acknowledge that they learn valuable lessons which they can put into practice if they decide to renovate another property.

Forget the fresh coffee

Article Abstract:

There are still mixed views in the UK about whether presentation can play a role in encouraging a potential purchaser to make an offer to buy a property. However, it is worth considering making the effort to ensure that the property looks attractive. In particular, cleaning the windows will make a positive impression on potential purchasers. The front door must look inviting, and the garden should also be tidied. It may be worth considering displaying attractive fresh flowers and keeping children and pets out of sight.
