Ecstasy once of month

Article Abstract:

Some women experience premenstrual symptoms which are very hard to deal with. However, it is possible to convert them into positive forces. This is the experience of Jane Sassienie and Sara Boas, who now hold workshops instructing women in how to achieve Premenstrual Ecstasy (PMX). Participants are encouraged to convert negative emotions into positive ones, and are told that the premenstrual phase can often be a time of heightened sensitivity.

To manage or not to manage

Article Abstract:

Lawyers have traditionally believed that their main task is to know the law, and have been unwilling to become involved in developing management skills. However, the recession has made them see management issues differently, and many are now using the services of management consultants. Some are also sending staff on management training courses, and Nottingham Law Schools is offering the UK's first MBA in legal practice.
