Family stakes claim to 1.3bn pounds sterling Krupp fortune

Article Abstract:

The Alfried Krupp von Bohlen und Halbach Stiftung, a foundation formed according to the will of German businessman Alfried Krupp, who died in 1967, is facing legal action from Krupp's siblings and his descendents. They are seeking seats on the board of the foundation, which has been managed since its creation by Berthold Beitz, a closer adviser to Krupp. There are complicated legal issues involved in whether Krupp's relatives are entitled to share in a business empire now worth 1.33 billion pounds sterling.

Child abuse campaign spending is attacked
