How to overcome the probate property pitfalls

Article Abstract:

It is not necessarily more complicated to purchase or sell a probate property than one on which probate has not been granted. Those selling a probate property should take basic measures to make it look reasonably attractive to potential purchasers, and should try to avoid leaving it empty over winter. In some cases, sellers of probate properties are very keen to sell quickly so that they can gain access to their money, while in other cases they look to obtain the highest possible price.
