How to switch on the power to move mountains

Article Abstract:

Management writer Joanna Kozubska believes that vision, communication, confidence, visibility, a sense of enigma, the ability to make things happen and style are the key elements in a charismatic personality. She feels that it is important to work at having charisma, especially using the tone, colour and energy of the voice. Many of the qualities of charismatic people are innate, but they can sometimes be lost during childhood. She believes that charismatic people are either personalized, with their own vision, or socialized, sharing their vision with others.

Freshers at the university of life

Article Abstract:

Parents should be aware that their responsibility for their child's welfare does not stop when the child goes to university. Students can still lack emotional maturity, and many find it hard to cope with the competitive environment of university life. Today's young adults do not have the same sense of purpose as their parents had at the same age, and have to deal with many more uncertainties. Some observers believe that there has been a general failure to recognize the continuing need for parental-style support for those aged between 18 and 26 or 27.

Roll up for an adult debate about drugs

Article Abstract:

Cannabis is widely used in the UK, but the government is very firm in its refusal to consider legalising it. This is because six out of 10 voters feel that the use of cannabis should remain illegal. Even within the 15-24 age group, where cannabis use is most common, there is a strong feeling that it should not be legalised. However, medical experts state that cannabis use is probably less harmful to health than alcohol and tobacco, and even senior police officers are taking a more lenient view about cannabis possession.
