How to take the future into your own hands

Article Abstract:

It is important to gain extensive public support for any efforts being made to halt a building project, such as a road or a car park. The media can be used to draw attention to a protest campaign, and it is important to keep the story in the news as much as possible by presenting it in many different ways. There are various methods of ensuring that large numbers of people attend demonstrations, and these should all be used. It may be necessary to undertake non-violent direct action if conventional methods of halting a project, such as a judicial review, are not successful.

Your health in her hands

Article Abstract:

A number of GPs in Devon have been referring patients with certain conditions to faith healer Gill White. Very good results have been achieved, and the faith healing work is now to be extended. Some GPs have been sceptical about the idea of a form of energy flowing from the healer to the patient, but faith healing has been found to be effective with conditions including psoriasis, back pain and arthritis.

On four legs you can take forever

Article Abstract:

Travelling by horse-drawn carriage is an excellent way to enjoy Ireland. It is not necessary to have any real experience of handling horses, for the horses supplied are mainly quiet and obedient. The accommodation inside the caravan is cramped and rather basic, but this sort of holiday offers a relaxed pace of travel, plenty of exercise and an opportunity to mix with local people.
