'I had to let go, he had his own life.' (Bianca Jagger returns Bosnian boy rescued in 1993)

Article Abstract:

Muhamed Ribic, a Bosnian boy who was taken from Tuzla hospital in 1993 by Bianca Jagger, the former wife of rock star Mick Jagger, for treatment for a congenital heart defect, has now returned to his home town. He received medical treatment in the US, and lived there with his family for a while. However, his family felt it better to return to familiar surroundings. Bianca Jagger has been criticised by some observers, but feels that she has done some good and that she has developed a strong emotional attachment to the many helpless people in Bosnia.

For talking, read stalking

Article Abstract:

Stalking can be a very serious problem, totally blighting the life of the victim. This is why the UK government plans to pass a Protection from Harassment Bill shortly. However, there remain problems with the definition of stalking. The break-up of relationship can often be traumatic, and one of the partners may find it hard to accept what has happened. In these cases, it is common for one partner to continue to pursue the other, demanding an explanation or an apology. It would be difficult to decide whether this would constitute stalking or not.
