Is the wanton destruction of these homes a tragedy or a war crime?

Article Abstract:

The Israeli destruction of 15 Palestinian homes in Rafah, Gaza Strip, is discussed. It is suggested that both sides had been contravening the Oslo agreement.

Barak shares blame for Camp David failure, says Clinton aide

Article Abstract:

Former President Bill Clinton and Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak were just as responsible for the collapse of the Camp David peace negotiations as Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat was, according to Robert Malley, who was Clinton's special adviser on Arab-Israeli issues. He indicates that Barak failed to honour previous Israeli commitments which had been guaranteed by Clinton to Arafat.
