Michael Symons, who founded Helphire, which arranges car repairs, insurance settlements and vehicle replacement for innocent drivers following accidents, with Mark Jackson in 1992, feels that he and Jackson had become accustomed to working as a team, even though they both like to be in control. He feels that the company still has considerable potential, although both he and Jackson would leave the business if it stopped being enjoyable. Jackson feels that he and Symons have been successful because they both inspire confidence.
