It is important to learn to adapt to client requirements, according to Sherwood International CEO George Matthews. He admires this quality in Steve Bellamy, the company's Finance Director. He believes that Bellamy has very strong determination to succeed and acts as a good sounding-board. Bellamy feels that Matthews is also very committed, and admires the fact that he is very technically aware and has great intellectual capacity. They have a good relationship, but tend to devote their time to their families.

The Internet has not been over-hyped, according to Rob Hersov, founder of Sportal, a Europe-wide cable television portal to sports channels. He forecasts that electronic commerce will totally change the world. He is a strong supporter of change, and is very attracted to entrepreneurship. He believes that it will not be long before somebody becomes Europe's first Internet billionaire. He acknowledges that being an Internet entrepreneur is very demanding.
