Article Abstract:

Many celebrities and politicians feel that journalists and photographers constantly intrude into their private lives, and greatly resent the extensive media coverage they receive. However, some observers feel that politicians should simply accept that their private lives will inevitably come under scrutiny as journalists attempt to discover whether politicians put the views they express in public into practice in private. They feel that there are no realistic curbs which can be implemented.

Power chiefs accused in snow chaos

Article Abstract:

Critics have accused Hydro-Electric of having insufficient staff on standby over the Christmas period to deal with the problems caused by heavy snow in Scotland, especially in the Shetlands. Many homes are still without electricity, and in Shetland almost 3,100 customers have no power. Hydro-Electric has assured customers that it is doing all it can to restore power supplies.

Article Abstract:

Many young people now take a range of different drugs very frequently, choosing according to their mood and situation. They find that drugs can be cheaper than alcohol and are better at creating the desired effect at any particular time. For this generation, drug use has become normal, and drugs have lost much of the mystery which they used to hold.
