Promiscuity. A new war cry for Labour?

Article Abstract:

A recent remark by Janet Anderson, the UK Labour party's shadow minister for women, that women could be 'more promiscuous' under a future Labour government has caused considerable controversy. She has responded by stating that the remark was taken out of context and that serious political issues discussed at the same time were not reported. It is probable that she meant to imply that the modern new Labour woman regards herself as equal to men. However, the party must also gain the support of more traditional women.
