Ready, AIM, buy!

Article Abstract:

Investing in shares on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) can be a good way of gaining access to the considerable potential of new companies. Around 300 companies are now quoted on AIM, with a total market capitalization of around 4.5 billion pounds sterling. Investors should be aware that some of these companies are very risky, even though they have undergone the process of due diligence with a nominated adviser in order to become quoted. AIM investments are only really suitable for people with a certain amount of knowledge of the stockmarket.

Searching for the best bank deal

Article Abstract:

Many Britons feel that their existing banking arrangements do not offer good value for money, according to a Mintel report. However, most people do not change their current account or their account provider, as they feel that it will be too much trouble to do so. Those who do wish to make the effort to find a new current account should consider a range of factors, including terms for overdrafts and charges for using cash machines.
