The day I learnt to just say no

Article Abstract:

It is very important to learn to say no sometimes when people seem to be making great demands on you, according to actress Ruthie Henshall. She worked extremely hard for 10 years because she was frightened to turn down any work, but has now learned to take only work which is of real value to her. She has a clearer vision for her life, and has realized that there is more to life than working hard. She accepts that she cannot find happiness through others, and must work hard to create her own happiness.

I was fat and unhappy, so I got fatter and happier

Article Abstract:

Acting is about transformation and the ability to adapt mentally and physically to different characters, according to actress Tabitha Wady. For this reason, it should not matter whether an actor or actress is fat or thin, even though there is always great pressure on them to be thin. She is no longer obsessed with being thin, and feels very happy with her body image. She has learned to forgive her parents for getting divorced and for making her feel that she was fat.
