Is 10 years enough for Paddy?

Article Abstract:

The strong leadership provided by Paddy Ashdown since 1988 has played a key role in helping the UK Liberal Democrats to establish themselves as a viable political force. He works extremely hard, and is also unusual among politicians in being very up to date with latest technology. He has taken the trouble to listen to the opinions of ordinary people, and has made effective use of his depth of experience. He still has valuable work to do as party leader.

The world has a weight problem

Article Abstract:

Many doctors are now starting to see obesity as a true disease, and are calling for it to be treated with drugs. The use of drugs to treat obesity is already rising steadily in the US, and pharmaceutical manufacturers are competing to develop new drugs as demand rises. In the UK, the incidence of obesity has doubled over the last 10 years, even though the average per capita energy intake has been falling.
