What price paradise?

Article Abstract:

It is becoming increasingly feasible to purchase a holiday home in the Caribbean. Flights to the region are becoming much cheaper, and high-quality housing estates are being developed on several Caribbean islands. The Royal Westmoreland and Port St Charles developments on Barbados are both excellent, offering facilities such as restaurants and swimming pools. Those seeking tranquility should consider Tobago, where there is unspoilt rainforest, beautiful beaches and very good diving.

A nice little earner when you're 64

Article Abstract:

It is becoming increasingly common in the UK for people to purchase property as a means of providing a retirement income. Those considering investing in property should choose property located close to public transport and with good local facilities. Small units are the best purchase, as they give a higher yield and can be let to single professional people, thus ensuring that they remain in good repair. Attractive investment opportunities can be found outside London, England.
