Young Ireland's having a ball

Article Abstract:

The country is attracting considerable inward investment, while employment opportunities are increasing, especially for women. There are many signs of a new era of prosperity, such as expensive restaurants, high quality stores and health clubs. Irish people have become increasingly materialistic, and this is also having an impact on the country's political agenda.
