Asymmetric catalytic hydrogenation. Design of new Ru catalysts and chiral ligands: from laboratory to industrial applications
Article Abstract:
Design of Ru catalysts SYNPHOS and antropoisomeric ligands for rhodium- and ruthenium-mediated hydrogenation of ketones and olefins are described. Such catalysts are used in enantioselective hydrogenation for preparation of commercially important perfume component Paradisone.

Synthetic artificial peptidases and nucleases using macromolecular catalytic systems

Effective biomimetic catalysts with peptidase or nuclease activity are prepared by using macromolecular catalytic systems. Macromolecular catalytic systems can be obtained by making use of small catalysts and macromolecular substrates.
