Combining different approaches to company development

Article Abstract:

A visual mapping of developmental activities namely, cross-functional development, functional development and local development is important to achieve a potential synergy in an industrial enterprise. Cross-functional development collaborates the activities of different sections and units. The functional development deals with the specialized activity of a specific functional area such as production engineering and personnel units. The local development, on the other hand, is used to improve employees and encourage creativity in operation.

Article Abstract:

Firms also prefer using tools that are simple and easy to use, which makes their knowledge of these tools suspect.
