Diamond film semiconductors

Researchers are refining technologies for producing diamond film semiconductors. Research on circuit-pattern etching methods, techniques for introducing impurities and the development of larger crystals of higher quality are discussed.

Article Abstract:

The procedure for extracting DNA using simple home appliances and chemical agents are presented. The resulting DNA extract is not free from other cellular debris, such as ribosomes, proteins and RNA.
