Early warning system

Article Abstract:

The Rock Hazard Rating System has been developed to help highway agencies and owners mitigate risks of rock slope failures by determining which slopes are most dangerous and ought to be remediated first. The system can also provide methods on how best to spend limited remediation funds and, in the case of litigation arising from a rockfall accident, can show that owners had a rotational system in stalled to fix the most hazardous slopes first.
