Focussed assignment

Article Abstract:

Managers are realizing that a company is a series of projects and that each project is the main focus of a team of people striving to attain a specific objective. Self-managed project teams have advantages over the usual multilayered management systems. However, such teams must be provided with the necessary responsibility and authority to carry out their tasks.
