Management of change in telecommunications: a cultural approach

Article Abstract:

Cultural difference between managers can make it difficult to apply one country's experience with telecommunications problems to another's, but these problems are more likely to come up during actual exchange of ideas. Most countries experience similar problems and solutions can be helpful to others. The universal nature of information technology has broken down some of the usual barriers to managerial exchange.
