The evolutionary path and the managerial challenges faced by Hind High Vacuum Co. Pvt. Ltd., which has evolved slowly over the years as a high technology company through innovation and its internal learning process, are analyzed. The main reasons for the success of this company are due to its entrepreneurial orientation, continuous seeking of challenging opportunities, close relationship with users and also growing financially through balancing business growth, innovation and risk.
