NASA's reverse thrust: Cuts may be more than a mere monetary speed bump

Article Abstract:

National Aeronautics and Space Administration's redirection of funds to the space shuttle and space station that would eliminate or postpone many of its science programs is reported. The Space Studies Board is investigating how to hold to the grants and smaller missions by delaying or downgrading the bigger fry.

The not-so-dark matter

Article Abstract:

Scientists and researchers have long been debating the explanation of the dark matter which could power certain unexplained sources of light in the cosmos. Hence, pair of researchers has suggested that the particles might careen off one another, transferring some of their kinetic energy into internal energy, whereupon they would spit out an electron positron.
