Radical change through incremental innovations: generic principles and cultural differences in evolution management

Article Abstract:

Evolution management, which is a knowledge-generating process that develops an organizational strategy, is more successful when based on the national culture. The culture-dependent evolution management of Finnish learning organizations, for example, empowered employees by making them more competitive in computers and not resistant to change, and by giving them a vision of a balanced future. The culture-independent planning organization, however, resulted in the total opposite.
