Fish Creek Provincial Park, Calgary, is Canada's largest urban park comprising 1,189 hectares of forests and meadows. There are many interesting geological features, abundant wildlife, and cycling and hiking are popular activities on 80 kilometers of marked trails.

Improvements in battery-powered tools come in the form of increased battery voltages and ampere-hour ratings. The improvements in battery technology allows these tools to be operated 50% longer between rechargings and provides enough torque for many applications.

Issues are presented concerning the development of a longer-lasting rechargeable battery. The addition of cobalt to the crystal lattice which forms the electrode reduces pulverization and lattice corrosion.
