The effectiveness of compensation strategies in international technology intensive firms

Article Abstract:

An analysis done on the effectiveness of compensation strategies in the international technology intensive firms based on data collected from three countries Canada, France and Great Britain is presented. The compensation strategies in international technology could be made more effective if the quality, productivity and turnover and the individual influence of the aspects of compensation is properly analyzed.

Toynbee's philosophy of history for a management theory is adopted to explain the rise and fall of technology based business firms. Challenge, response and creative minorities, concepts of Toynbee are analyzed and adapted for technology management and can help technology managers to respond to business challenges.
