Thinking of child's play: Brain-machine interface turns robots into games

Article Abstract:

Japanese scientists have developed a machine that can read minds, a mind-controlled robot, which works on methods for decoding brain activity. A machine-learning algorithm analyzes the magnetic resonance imaging data on changed blood flow connected with neural activity and the decoded data is transmitted to robot hand, which reproduces the choice.
