Time machine

Article Abstract:

The strategic application of time management is useful in diagnosing causes of delay and leads to solutions to enhance the overall performance of manufacturing companies. Proper time management will result in eliminating or reducing wasteful activities and focusing the sequence of activities. Time compression provides the highest return on investment compared to any management strategy and results in enhanced customer service, faster innovation, cost saving, reduced inventory and enhanced profits. The use of Time Based Process Mapping is discussed.
