Tomorrow's school

Article Abstract:

The Jefferson County Public School Board decided to improve and add new facilities to its school, putting emphasis on aesthetic appeal as well as functionality of design. The board members also specified certain criteria for certain areas such as classrooms, libraries and a multipurpose playtorium. The architects and engineers produced a building design which incorporated the school board's requirements, creating a welcoming atmosphere and satisfying structural and fireproofing standards. Its exterior facade also blended with the predominantly residential neighborhood.
