A bibliographic database of high-quality, readily accessible research findings in geriatrics is being developed, and for that database 757 articles published over the most recent 4 years and considered to be valid have been found. They are considered to have the potential to change practice. Categories and subcategories have been set up for the articles, based on topics covered.

An unfolding case with a linked objective structured clinical examination (OSCE): a curriculum in inpatient geriatric medicine

Article Abstract:

A comprehensive evidence-based curriculum for internal medicine house staff in inpatient geriatric medicine is described. The principles in this model are those that may affect any hospitalized older adult and so would be important for all house staff taking care of inpatient geriatric patients, regardless of their future subspeciality choice.
