Panoramic view of strange attractors

Article Abstract:

An analog electronic instrument may be used to display any view of a three dimensional surface generated by three time-varying signals. This portable analog device is designed to rotate the surface along any axis through any solid angles in the three dimensions in real-time. It works as a preprocessor for a regular oscilloscope, and may be used to present strange attractors associated with autonomous and non-autonomous circuits. Many of the projections and cross-sections of strange attractors given have never before been seen, and give some insight into the local structure of strange attractors.

Drawing the line

Article Abstract:

The boundaries of Israel and Palestine may be uncertain following the recent election of Benjamin Netanyahu as Israeli Prime Minister. Netanyahu's government is considered less sympathetic to the development of a coexisting Palestinian state, although Netanyahu still desires to continue peaceful negotiations with Palestinians. The new Israeli government may redo the boundaries, created by the Oslo I and II agreements, of Israel, the West Bank, and the Gaza Strip. Violence could result from such negotiations.
