An examination of the effects of organizational district and team contexts on team processes and performance: a meso-mediational model

Article Abstract:

Interdependence has a positive effect on team performance as partially mediated by processes. Organizational-districts and team context as drivers for team effectiveness are examined in a longitudinal cross-level design.
