Mayhem in the 'marketplace'

Article Abstract:

The destruction that took place in the 'marketplace' in Vietnam as a result of the attack by the NVA(North Vietnamese Army) and the fresque operation by the Con Thien firebase is described. The toll increased so fast that by the time the firebase could reach the 'marketplace', Con Thien had become a deathtrap.

Article Abstract:

Ann Gardner is known for her unique sculptures made from the mediums of glass, ceramics, and clay. She was commissioned to decorate an outdoor stairway wall in Fremont, Seattle and has worked at the Kohler Company of Wisconsin in 1984.
