Underemployment among recent business college graduates

Article Abstract:

An examination of underemployment among new college graduates was made, noting that around 12-36% of recent graduates are underemployed. Although the problem has been traced to overall unemployment levels and wage policies, institutional assistance must still be in place for the new graduates. Colleges should take the initial step in addressing this problem.

Moving on out: when are employees willing to follow their organization during corporate relocation?

Article Abstract:

These factors include their attachment to the current organization, their attachment to the present community, and the availability of job market alternatives. The research focused on three-hundred employees of a large government defense agency moving from a major US northeastern metropolitan area to a rural area south of Washington DC.
