Inedible toasted sandwiches

Article Abstract:

A dedicated research body must be established to discover the exact levels of risk faced by owners of buildings clad in foam filled panels. The british Cladding Council (BCC) has called for the research body after several fires involving foam filled cladding panels have highlighted the weakness of the system so often used in quickly built industrial facilities. Sandwich panels are cheap to install but may not provide the adequate protection against fire specified by building regulators.

The foundations of the universalist tradition in color-naming research (and their supposed refutation)

Article Abstract:

The universalistic approach to the study of color-naming in different cultures states that people's naming of colors are limited to a few basic terms which are determined biologically. It rejects the idea that cultural differences influence the naming of colors. Rather, it presents proof on human beings' capacity for distinguishing different stimuli prior to cognitive processing.
