Article Abstract:

Five counties (Kern, Riverside, Sacramento, San Diego, San Francisco) participated in a study to assess the impact of California's Proposition 36 on drug treatment system and patient outcomes. Article Abstract:

The need for more research on drug use and drug abuse relapse that use a longitudinal perspective is discussed.
