Big brother's keeper

Bill Scannell, an Austin, Texas and self-proclaimed media whore, blew the whistle on JetBlue after it shared 5 million customer records for a test of passenger-tracking software. Scannell feels that people would be happy to fly naked, cathetered and chained if they think that would make them safer.

Winter Olympics: team USA's physicist

Michael Holden, the famous American aerospace engineer, is spearheading a research on hypervelocity, at Buffalo Research Center. The research is aimed at helping American skiers bag medals at the 2006 Winter Olympics. A report of the study is presented.
