Defining property rights: A social text on the privatization of collective property rights

Article Abstract:

The definition of property rights to establish or change a contract of rights is an important social activity and community collective property rights not only have market contractual elements, but they also have some social relation elements. One cannot only follow the logic of economics but follow the logic of social relations as well for if the informal rules of social contract were replaced with institutional design, the consequences would be harmful.

The psychological and physiological problems encountered by newlyweds are discussed. The authors address issues on how to handle fear of sex and fainting syndrome during sexual encounters along with suggestions for sexual harmony.

Political films and human rights bias

Article Abstract:

Many analysts feel Chinese films are either narrowly categorized as either anti- or pro-government. Rebelliousness has been shown to be the only quality non-Chinese appear to acknowledge in Chinese films.
