Adolescents' promotion of nonsmoking and smoking

Article Abstract:

A study on the promotion of smoking by adolescents indicates that the majority of adolescents promote non-smoking. This reveals that direct influence is not a significant social pressure on students. Girls are more likely to carry on the non-smoking campaign than the boys. The majority of adolescents feel that smoking is a waste of money and affects personal fitness and others' health, but are reluctant in promoting the message. Students promoting non-smoking view anti-smoking advertisements more frequently.
